Shipping and Returns

Standard shipping is free on Australian orders of AUD $100 or more. For orders below AUD $100, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Rosey currently delivers within Australia only.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We will email you when your order is on its way, with tracking details when available.

Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and carrier. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will help investigate.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to help before dispatch, but a change or cancellation may not be possible once fulfilment has begun.

Email us promptly with your order number and the correct address. We will try to update it before dispatch. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, an address change may no longer be possible.

Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the parcel and its contents can help us resolve it quickly. We will arrange the appropriate solution in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Contact us with your order number and any tracking information you have. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you on the next step.

Try your Complete Elixir or Serum Spritz as directed. If the formula is not right for your skin, stop using it and contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. This additional guarantee applies to formulas purchased directly from roseyskin.co, including formulas you have opened and tried.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are separate from this promise and are not limited to 14 days.

Email hello@roseyskin.co or use our Contact page. Include your order number, the product name and a short description of what happened. We aim to respond within two to three business days. Please do not send anything back until we provide return instructions.

We will tell you whether the product needs to be returned. If we ask you to return a formula under our voluntary 14-day guarantee, you pay the return postage.

If a product is faulty and needs to be returned, Rosey will cover reasonable return postage. We will explain how to send it back or reimburse the cost. Please keep your postage receipt if you pay for the return.

We do not offer general change-of-mind returns or exchanges. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee is a separate promise that allows you to try a Rosey formula and request a refund if it is not right for your skin. Your Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply.

If both formulas in a qualifying two-formula purchase are refunded under the 14-day guarantee, the complimentary mirror must also be returned. We will include instructions when responding to your request. If you are requesting a refund for only one formula, we will explain the calculation before processing it.
