Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you use roseyskin.co or purchase from Rosey Skin. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any terms shown with a promotion. Nothing in these Terms limits a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. About Rosey

Rosey Skin is operated by Coreena Duncan, ABN 79 161 557 644, trading as Rosey Skin (“Rosey”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our contact details appear at the end of these Terms.

2. Using our website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security, attempt to access another person’s information, or submit fraudulent or misleading information. You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact details.

3. Product information

We take care to describe our formulas, ingredients, directions, sizes and prices accurately. Colours and packaging may appear slightly different on screen or change from time to time. Please read the directions and ingredient list on the product you receive, particularly if you have a known sensitivity. Stop using a formula if irritation occurs and seek advice from a qualified health professional if needed.

Information on this website is general cosmetic and educational information. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent a medical condition.

4. Orders and payment

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Your order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Your order total, including any shipping charge and discount, is shown before you complete payment. Payment is processed through the methods available at checkout.

Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to help before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once fulfilment has begun.

5. Shipping

We currently deliver within Australia only. Standard shipping is free on orders of AUD $100 or more. The shipping charge for an order below AUD $100 is shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and destination. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns, refunds and the Rosey guarantee

Our products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, a product that does not meet those guarantees may entitle you to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy. These rights are not restricted to 14 days.

Rosey also offers an additional 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible formulas purchased directly from roseyskin.co. If a formula is not right for your skin, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. If we request a return under that voluntary guarantee, you pay the return postage. Rosey pays reasonable return costs for a confirmed faulty product. We do not offer general change-of-mind returns outside the formula guarantee.

7. Promotions and gifts

Promotions may have eligibility requirements, dates, stock limits or redemption instructions shown with the offer. Please review those conditions before ordering. A promotion cannot be applied to an earlier order unless we expressly say otherwise. We will honour benefits included in an accepted order, subject to applicable law.

8. Accounts and customer content

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

If you send us a review, photograph or other content for publication, you confirm that it is your own or that you have permission to share it, and that it is accurate and lawful. You retain ownership of your content and give Rosey permission to use it in connection with the brand. We will not edit a customer review in a way that changes its meaning.

9. Intellectual property

Rosey’s names, copy, photographs, videos, graphics, product designs and other website content are owned by or licensed to Rosey. You may view the website and save a reasonable copy for personal use. You may not commercially reproduce or publish our content without permission, except where the law allows it.

10. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our store uses third-party providers for functions such as ecommerce, payments, communications and delivery. Their services may have separate terms. Nothing in this section removes any responsibility Rosey has under applicable law.

11. Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms as our store, services or legal obligations change. Updated Terms apply from their publication date and will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an order already accepted. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without preventing you from relying on consumer rights that apply to you elsewhere.
